This Privacy Policy explains the information we may collect during your visit to our Website and how we use, share, and store that information.

Information you post: We collect information you may post in a public space on our website or on a third-party social media site belonging to goodbusinesslab.org.

If you click on one of the links to third party websites, you may be taken to websites we do not control. This Policy does not apply to the privacy practices of those websites. Read the privacy policy of other websites carefully. We are not responsible for these third-party sites. 

Employee hiring related personal information  

GBL is committed to maintain the confidentiality and security of personal information collected from users who use our website or various links generated by GBL to apply for various job applications available here. GBL maintains such personal information post such user’s successful induction in GBL, during their course of employment and after their exit from GBL. GBL endeavours to retain such personal information as long as it is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which the personal information was collected (including, for the purpose of meeting any business, legal, accounting or other reporting requirements or obligations) except as otherwise permitted or required by applicable law or regulatory requirements.  

Children 

Our Site is not directed to children and we will not knowingly allow anyone under the age of 13 to use the Site or to provide us with any personal information. Children always should get permission from their parents before sending any information about themselves (such as their names, email addresses and phone numbers) over the Internet. If you are under 13, please do not use our services, access the Site, or provide any information about yourself. If a child under 13 submits personal information to us and we learn that the personal information is the information of a child under 13, we will, in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act, delete the information as soon as possible.
